Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders of in-stock items “same day” on orders submitted before 2 pm PST.  Some orders may take up to 72 hours to process & pack before shipping (not including weekends or holidays).

Tracking numbers are automatically sent from FedEx /DHL and USPS within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your tracking number, please send an email to [email protected]

For customers residing in Hawaii, Guam, PR, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and all International Customers we suggest shipping via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Only because USPS rates are much cheaper than FedEx or DHL but they do take longer to arrive between 14-28 days depending on location.  If you prefer, however, we can ship via FedEx or DHL.

Free Shipping 

Free Shipping on continental US orders over $150 will be shipped via Priority Mail by USPS.  Transit time may (2-10 business days).  Free shipping is only available to retail customers and is not available for wholesale accounts.  Some large and oversized objects are excluded from the free shipping offer.

When will I receive my items?

In-stock items: Once shipped, allow 3-7 business days for delivery and 7-10 business days for international shipments.

All other items: Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of non-freight items or 7-10 business days for delivery of items that ship via freight.

We will send you a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number, if available, when each item ships.

How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping charges depend entirely on what you’re ordering, where you need that order to go and how quickly you want it to get there.

Shipping costs are based on the zip code you entered, product weight and size.

You will always see your complete order total, including the exact shipping cost and taxes before your order is placed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shipping & Handling, Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.


Please Check Your Order
Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for missing items reported after 5 business days. 

Return Policy
We accept free returns for exchange or refund of any product (excluding sale/collaboration/fundraiser items/items purchased with a promo code unless otherwise stated in promotion) in re-salable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. If your original order qualified for free shipping we will also pay for shipping charges incurred in returning the product to us if you use the pre-paid shipping label we sent you with original delivery. If you are returning an item(s) to us for exchange you will be responsible for shipping cost to ship the product back to you, we will pay for shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style/size/product than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide a free return.

We will accept returns on apparel, gear & equipment only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging with original tags
  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

*For your protection, undergarments, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include your order number in the package. Use the return shipment label you received from us, in original shipment, for free return shipping. Any items returned without original tags and packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Refunds (if applicable)
All Refunds/Exchanges will be processed once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets or return policy we will promptly refund your money or ship your exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-4 business days. Refunds cannot be applied to orders made with a promo code.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, this includes items purchased with a promo code. Items purchased with a promo code are available for exchange only.

All returns/exchanges will be at the discretion of CORBETTI LLC.
